It is the start of June now and the hay fever season for me should be well and truly over. So I can now tell you how I got on this year. Banking Industry I certainly appreciated the very effective way EM4 managed the whole event, in particular emotive sequences, with a sort of tough love. I was sceptical at first, but I desperately wanted help with quitting smoking. Following a string of unsuccessful job interviews, I approached Nuala for help preparing for my next interview. Such were the resultant improvements to my both preparation and interview technique, that I not only got the job but was commended by the company for the high quality of my interview performance. Well when I could feel my eyes getting itchy and my nose running or sneezing I used the techniques we discussed in our session. As a result the itching and sneezing soon stopped. What was also pleasing was the fact that I read this year was going to be really bad because of the cold spring and the lateness of the pollen being released and the trees would it all out all at once. However I hardly suffered at all, barely a few days and as I said before I used the techniques and the suffering went away.
Therefore I can say it has been a resounding success and this spring has been one which I have actually enjoyed and not had to suffer through.
So all I can say is a great big thank you Nuala for helping me get through this spring and many more to come.

So I gave it a try, and amazingly after just the one session I was free of my cravings!
I was also taught how to deal with resurgence of cravings, so now, when I feel stressed, I no longer have to resort to smoking, it’s perfect
